1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Supreme Auction, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to participate in auctions or make purchases on this platform.

3. Bidding Rules

All bids are final and binding. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted. The highest bidder at the close of an auction is obligated to complete the purchase. Minimum bid increments are enforced automatically based on the current price tier.

4. Payment

Winning bidders are required to complete payment within 3 business days of the auction end. Failure to pay may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the winning bid.

5. Authenticity & Grading

All items listed on Supreme Auction are described to the best of our knowledge. Grading descriptions (e.g. EF, UNC) are provided as a guide. Buyers are encouraged to review all images carefully before bidding.

6. Returns

All sales are final unless an item is materially misrepresented. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of receiving the item.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

8. Modifications

Supreme Auction reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
